Town Tour - Besieged But Never Beaten

This Civil War Tour will take in historical sites of seventeenth century Newark, telling of how its inhabitants dodged cannonball fire and survived plague on a daily basis. From the musket peppered walls of Newark Castle, to contemporary visions of huge explosions that rocked the town. This Tour commences at the National Civil War Centre.
