Open Doors: Introduction to Theatre with Ginger Dog Theatre

Ginger Dog Theatre are proud to present ‘An Introduction to Theatre’. Using rhythm, music and movement, body, breath and voice, let us take you back to the roots of theatre with a focus on Greece and Italy. Please note, this is a very activity based participatory workshop. Discover and experience how theatre evolved as we explore character and storytelling from ritualistic theatre, to sharing the stories of today. 'Theatre' is a universal language and our workshops are suitable for everyone (8+), from beginners to theatre lovers alike; come alone, with your mates or bring the whole family. ‘An introduction to Theatre’ is a series of workshops for Open Doors. You are welcome to join us for all three or experience them individually as stand-alone sessions.
